　　discriminate 强调通过仔细辨认区分出事物细微的不同之处。

　　常用结构：

　　The twins are so alike that you cannot easily distinguish the one from the other.

　　这对双胞胎太相似了,你根本分不清谁是谁。

　　It is difficult to discriminate the subtle difference between the two viations.

　　很难辨别这两种变异的细微区别。

　　2015同等学力申硕考试备考学员提问2：There has been a great improvement in the original fabric sector.这句话的主谓宾分别是there，has been，improvement吗?

　　2015同等学力专业辅导老师解答：There be句型实则上是倒装句，有点特殊。there只是个功能词，引导there be 句型。

　　这句话的主语是be动词后面的a great improvement，谓语是has been，in the original fabric sector介词短语做状语。
